Abultara will allow the return of products in the following cases:

  • Wrong order (wrong size, colour, quantity or material related issues)
  • Defective product,
  • Damaged product
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

 

But we are not able to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories
  • If sealed package of branded products is open

 

In the case of Return/Replacement, the following conditions should satisfy:

  • The product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if the product is available in stock.
  • For products requiring installation – Returns valid only when installed by Brand authorized personnel.
  • If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request by writing at support@abultara.com within 10 days of receiving the product.We will help you resolve any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

 

Products that cannot be returned or cancelled.

Please take note that we are not responsible for issues such as quality or functionality related issues or manufacturing defects in the Products with respect to branded Products and this Policy shall not be applicable to any such related issues. For any such issues, you will need to contact the brand or its authorised service centre directly.

Please note that for certain items like sofas, almirah, Appliances and other furniture or goods etc which has to manufacture that cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

If you have received an incorrect product, damaged product, empty parcel, or if the product is not working after installation informs us at our email support@abultara.com within 48 hrs (no enquires will be entertained after 48 hrs of delivery). You can raise a return request by customer support:

  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

 

In case you want to cancel your order, you need to email at support@abultara.com at any point of time before order delivery. Abultara may also want to cancel the order under the following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on quantity ordered
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address
